Implement educational schemes
Sir,
It is appreciable that the Union Minister Kapil Sibal while addressing a press conference at Srinagar a few days back said that the HRD Ministry is committed for the standard and quality education for the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Minister disclosed that the ministry is initiating inquiries into Centrally sponsored schemes like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhyan (Rmsa).
Mr Sibal further said that the implementation of the schemes, founded by the HRD Ministry, is the job of the State Government but the HRD Ministry would look into any complaints of irregularities and delay in the implementation.
Besides, the HRD Ministry sanctioned 25000 scholarships. Spread over the next five years for the students of J&K State which is welcome step.
Therefore, in above context it is requested to the State Government to kindly implement these education scheme (RMSA/SSA etc in letter and spirit so that the standard and quality education becomes a ground reality in the interest of students of the State.
