SIRMAUR (HP), Feb 9: Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur has successfully completed 100 percent final placements for its MBA batch of 2020-2022, and the students are all set to start their careers in varied aspirational roles.
During the Placement Season 2021-2022, the participating 178 students received 219 offers, and such success was achieved across an increasingly diverse set of industries, with girl students bagging 20 percent of the total offers made. Out of 178 students, 142 boys and 36 girls have been placed in top corporates.
The placement season saw participation by more than 120 organisations, out of which 81 were first-time recruiters at IIM Sirmaur. IIM Sirmaur started its association with organisations like Deloitte, Accenture, Cognizant, Schneider Electric, Hero Motors, IDBI Capital, L&T, IBM, etc, besides continuing its existing long-term partnerships with corporates like ICICI, EY, HDFC, Tech Mahindra, DCM Shriram, Volvo, Eicher, ZS, etc, among others, for their talent needs.
The average CTC offered to the batch saw a 27 percent increase from the previous placement season, and the highest CTC offered saw a 25 percent increase.
Prof Neelu Rohmetra, Director IIM Sirmaur, appreciated and congratulated the students, and conveyed her best wishes for their future life.

He recognised the diligent efforts and unfathomable commitment demonstrated by the student body and motivated them to keep setting such benchmarks.
