JAMMU, Apr 7: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong University, South Korea, for academic and research collaborations.
These collaborations are a vital part of IIM Jammu’s international endeavors and the MoU was signed by Prof B S Sahay, Director IIM Jammu and Prof John E Endicott, President SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong University.
It will be helpful in fostering the advancement in teaching, research, cultural understanding as well as the international reputation of both the institutes through student exchange, faculty exchange, joint management and research programs.
SolBridge International School of Business, Woosong University, South Korea is a part of Woosong Education Foundation established in 1954. SolBridge International School of Business offers world class facilities to the students from all over the world. It offers both the under-graduation as well as post-graduation programs. The pact will give international exposure to students by providing them with the opportunity to learn from international environment under the international student exchange program of IIM Jammu. This will be helpful for students to sharpen their skills and knowledge by working in close association with the students and faculties from the diverse cultural groups, said a statement by IIM Jammu.
