Hair fall and baldness have become a very common problem among humans and especially among men. The major reason behind it is the increase of pollution and dirt. At the same time, due to immense stress and bad eating habits, one can also face a good amount of hair fall which can lead to early baldness.

Well, it is not a very tough job to reduce hair fall if one can bring certain changes in their regular lifestyle and at the same time, try using some remedies for it. One can use Ayurvedic ingredients on the scalp and hair roots as it has been said that they are very effective on hair growth and preventing baldness.

 

 

Use of Bhringraj for better hair

When it comes to natural and Ayurvedic products that can benefit hair, then bhringraj definitely tops the list. This is said to be cooling the scalp and as a result it can affect any stress related hair fall issues. Apart from that, bhringraj has certain herbs that can aid in hair re growth.

  • There is a lot of humidity in air and it can lead to a greasy and itchy scalp. Also it can give rise to dandruff related issues that increases the hair fall. If one can use hair oil or a shampoo that has bhringraj in it then it can slowly calm down the scalp and detoxify it well. A good hair oil massage can work very well because bhringraj can work as an anti-inflammatory agent and its anti-fungal texture can deal with the white flakes.
  • Have you noticed bald patches on your scalp? Then one definitely needs to use hair growth oil which has bhringraj as its major ingredient. Bhringaraj oil always aids in proper blood circulation on the scalp and that can promote hair growth while dealing with severe baldness. Tulsi or basil has been a major part in Ayurveda since ages because when it is used as an active ingredient in natural and Ayurvedic products, it can cure a lot of skin and hair issues. Tulsi leaves act as a very effective and natural remedy for hair fall and dandruff related problems. They have anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties which can treat scalp itchiness, irritations, white flakes and inflammation. If hair oil has basil as an active ingredient then it can reduce the excessive dryness of the scalp and removes dead cells and other impurities accumulated there. It can promote hair growth and also reduces hair fall because it increases the blood circulation through the scalp. One should apply hair oil with tulsi at a regular interval so that it can increase the hair follicles and improve the strength of the hair as well. Apart from using Tulsiin hair oil, one can also take a handful of basil leaves and make a proper paste out of it. Then, one can mix 2 table spoons of coconut oil in it and apply it on the hair and scalp by massaging it in a circular motion. Let it sit for an hour and then rinse it well with a mild shampoo. One can try this at least twice a week to see the growth of hair on their scalp.

Change in lifestyles for hair health

There are a few regular things that one needs to change so that there is less hair fall and proper growth of hair.

  • One should not take their showers in cold water. Though it may sound weird but it is true. Cold water does not keep the blood vessels active on scalp and as a result, it can hinder the regular blood circulation there which can prevent hair growth and increase hair fall. Instead of cold water, one can use lukewarm water for regular hair washing purpose.
  • One should never comb their hair when it is dripping wet. It is not at all recommended to pull and stretch the hair when it is wet. This can lead to split ends and hair breakage. One should towel dry their hair properly and then brush it lightly. Gentle brushing is very much recommended on dried hair and one should not brush their hair more than twice a day, excessive brushing can lead to hair fall.
  • It is required to eat a lot of protein and so one should add them in their regular diets. It is a great idea that one should go for a heavy breakfast with boiled eggs and chicken as it can keep the stomach healthy. And when the stomach is healthy, it automatically reflects on the skin and hair health. One should also eat broccoli and a lot of greens as they are good for the growth of hair.
  • Stress free sleep at least for 8 hours every night is another important thing to follow every night. If one can release their stress, then they can prevent hair fall and aid in hair growth.
