In view of rising prices of land and construction material, it is becoming quiet different for people especially lower rung of society to own a house in the State.
It is therefore the bounden duty of the Government to provide these people affordable, cheap accommodation. This will be possible only if the Government has a housing policy in place. Since the Government is seized of the problems of this section of the society, it should therefore unveil the housing policy at the earliest so that the dreams of these people may become a reality. The high rising building is an excellent idea to meet the housing needs of these people.
