SAMBA, Nov 6: Household items were damaged in fire, which broke out in a residential house at border village Charkun, here today.
As per reports, fire broke out in the residential house of Omkar Singh, son of Chajju Ram at border village Charkun.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals started operation to douse the flames.
Fire fighters along with a tender reached the spot and doused the flames.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Samba Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
