Reports said the fire broke out suddenly during early hours in the muddy and wooden house of Mohd Lateef, son of Meer Bhag, a resident of Kotli Kalaban, Ward No. 6, Kohli Morha. The flames spread rapidly, reducing the entire structure to ashes within a short span of time.
The incident caused massive loss of livestock, including 15 sheep, 2 goats, 2 cows, one bull, and nearly 10-15 poultry birds. They all were charred alive in the blaze. Fortunately, no human loss or injury was reported.
