SRINAGAR: Sept 30: According to a Government order issued today, the Holiday (Kashmir Province only) on account of Urs Sheikh Noor-ud-Din Sahib (R.A.) will now be observed on October 3, 2013 (Thursday) instead of October 2, 2013 (Wednesday).
