KATHUA, July 11: Kathua police solved a hit and run case with the arrest of accused driver within hours, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Ahroon Ahmed, son of Mohammad Ashraf of District Rajouri.
The arrested person while driving his truck hit a scooty at Kalibari, in which the scooty rider identified as Parkash Singh, son of Krishan Singh of Thanoon Kathua was injured and was shifted to DH Kathua for treatment.
Case stands registered in this regard with concerned police station.
