JAMMU, Apr 22: Army seized one kilogram heroin worth Rs 1 crore along Indo-Pak border in tehsil Akhnoor.
During routine patrolling, 34 GR Battalion of Army recovered a packet of heroin weighing around 1 kg from Indo-Pak border in Khour, tehsil Akhnoor, SDPO Akhnoor Rayees Ahmed Bhat said.
Army handed over the seized heroin to police, who registered a case in this regard and started investigation, he added.
