HC Jammu Wing to remain closed for 2 days

JAMMU, Sept 16: As some officials have tested COVID-19 positive, the Chief Justice Gita Mittal has ordered closure of Jammu Wing of the High Court for two days for sanitization purpose.
The Registry has informed that yesterday some officials in the Jammu Wing of the High Court have tested COVID-19 positive and as per the SOPs issued by the Government access to the High Court premises has to remain closed for two days for sanitization purpose, the Chief Justice said in the order.
The urgent cases listed on September 16 and 17 in Jammu Wing of the High Court will be taken up for consideration on September 18. “The dates in other matters will be given by the concerned Bench Secretary and will be posted on the website of the High Court of J&K on September 18, 2020”, reads the order.
