JAMMU, Feb 12: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), Government of India today approved the repatriation of senior IAS officer of erstwhile J&K cadre Raj Kumar Goyal to his parent cadre on the request of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
Goyal is presently posted as Special Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of External Affairs.
He is 1990 batch IAS officer.
