SAMBA, Mar 15: A girl was reported missing from Vijaypur in district Samba yesterday when she had gone to market and did not return home later.
Police said that during the intervening night at around 11 pm, a youth from Ward No11 came to Vijaypur Police Station and stated that his sister had gone to market for purchasing some house hold items but she did not return later.
He said the family searched her a lot and visited residences of all relatives but could not trace out her. He said that her sister was kidnapped by one person of Vijaypur.
In this regard Vijaypur police has registered FIR No 35, U/S 366/ 109 and started investigation.
