JAMMU, July 2: Five persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a rashly driven Army vehicle today hit a scooty at Machine Domana and injured the rider as well as two pillion riders of the scooty.
He said that the injured persons identified as Ankit (16) son of Mohinder Singh, resident of Machine Domana, Sunil Kumar (22) son of Sardhu Ram and Sahil Kumar son of Mohinder Kumar (12), both residents of Patoli Brahmna, were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for treatment.
Two persons were also injured when a tractor on which they were going on, was hit by a bus at Domana. The injured persons identified as Joginder Singh (19) son of Kabil Singh, resident of Rajouri and Ajay Kumar (18) son of Kartar Chand, resident of Mishriwala, were shifted to GMCH Jammu for treatment.
In both cases, Domana police had taken cognizance of the matter.
