Festivals Mega Show enters 5th day

JAMMU, Oct 30: On the 5th day of Festivals Mega Show, a large number of people have been seen shopping at different stalls being established in the show.
The stalls of books, health care products, electric gadgets, picnic table sets and herbal products, melamine crockery, handicrafts established by Government and private organizations are receiving huge influx of visitors.
Being organised by the Information Department, the show is an endeavor to provide a platform to artists, Government and private organisations to exhibit their art and products besides promoting cultural heritage of the State. The event is witnessing a huge rush of art lovers with thousands of people visiting the venue during the first four days.
This effort of the department will greatly help project the programmes and achievements of the Government besides boosting morale of the participants to move forward in their specific fields with added proficiency and determination.
During the show, various programmes like Dogri film shows, photo exhibition, cultural programmes, national painting camps (graphics), photo exhibition by photo journalists, departmental stalls, joy rides, societies stalls, home appliances, stalls by local traders besides healthcare products and children book fair are being presented.
