JAMMU, Jan 15: A meeting of Ex-Policemen Welfare League was held under the chairmanship of district president Rajouri Harmesh Sharma (Retd DySP) wherein various problems being faced by retired police personnel were discussed.
Addressing the meet, Harmesh Sharma informed that he alongwith district presidents of Jammu, Udhampur, Kathua and Doda had called on Director General of Police Ashok Prasad who assured to consider all their demands positively.
The meet expressed its gratitude to the Police Headquarters for conceding several of their demands and assuring to take up the rest with the Government.
