The Ex-MLA has also stressed upon the successive administration of Ramban for ignoring the unsustainable works by the concerned companies and contractors which have resulted in the huge loss of exchequer of Government. In addition, many other small hamlets have also lost their livelihood, houses and agriculture land in the process of construction of National Highway four lane project from Nashri to Banihal.

It is a great injustice to the innocent lives of mountains. He urged to the Government to Jammu and Kashmir, National Highway Authority of India and Gammon Company to immediately look upon the problems of these affected families and provide proper compensation and rehabilitation.
