Ex-MLA inaugurates water cooler at Tatapani

KALAKOTE, July 2: Former MLA and senior Congress leader Ashok Sharma has alleged that BJP has created trust deficit in people of Jammu region by deceiving them despite getting thumping majority in 2014.
While expressing serious concern over the scarcity of potable water in Jammu region during his address after inaugurating a drinking water cooler at Tatapani, installed by Tatapani Development Committee on contribution basis for public, Sharma  criticized the ousted Government of BJP-PDP for leaving the people mid way in crisis. He said that after open admission of BJP  president  Amit Shah that their Government failed to fulfill the expectation of the people. The BJP-PDP should apologise to the people.
He also demanded that BJP MLAs and  Ministers should declare their assets in electronic and print media. Sharma further demanded CBI probe into the felonious properties acquired disproportionately by their MLA’s and Ministers and such properties should be put to open auction, the money received after such auction should invested by the Government on drinking water and electricity supply as ensuring in the Prevention of Corruption Act, amended during Gulam Nabi Azad’s Chief Ministership.
