JAMMU, Dec 14: A deputation of the Evacuees Property Tenant Joint Action Committee (EPTJA) , led by Mian Nazir Ahmed, called on Custodian General and presented him a representation regarding to redress their grievances.
The demands, which were highlighted, include; increased premium in case of rebuilding house on own expenses, implementation of Wadhwah Committee report on the demand of tenants to redress their genuine grievances, no increase in rent etc.
The Custodian General listened to the deputation and assured the E P Tenant to consider their problems.
The deputation comprised of Banarsi Dass Angral, Rattan Lal, Amjad Malik, S Paramjeet Singh, S Gurmeet Singh, Ram Paul and Kuldeep Raj.
