JAMMU, Aug 25: A meeting of the All J&K Electric Department Linemen and Workers Union (EDLWU) was held under the presidentship of Tara Chand today.
The meeting discussed SRO 381 of 1981 dated 26.08.1981 with regard to the departmental recruitment rules of PDD, where under the designation of all the employees PDD working on each category /post with relevant pay and grade has been specifically envisaged was highlighted.
The union members in the meeting appealed to Chief Engineer, M&RE Wing, Jammu for implementation of the SRO 381 of 1981 in favour of all the employees in letter and spirit.
Others present in the meeting were Vijay Gupta, Girdhari Lal, Surinder Kumar, Suresh Chand Anthal, Ashiq Hussain, Anil Singh Slathia and Katar Nath.
