SRINAGAR, Mar 24: Ellaquai Dehati Bank (EDB) opened its business unit at Balhama, taking the tally to 133.
The chief guest PK Jain, General Manager, State Bank of India inaugurated on-line branch in presence of Bank’s Chairman AK Razdan.
AK Razdan said that bank is actively contributing in socio economic development of the State.
He stressed upon the people to take full advantage of loan products designed by the Bank for the people living in the rural areas and especially for traders and farmers.
Razdan said that EDB has gone Hi-Tech now and remittance facility is now available at all the branches of the bank.
PK Jain said that customers have the obligation to repay the bank dues in time, so that the circulation of funds doesn’t get blocked.
