JAMMU, Nov 18: Kanachack police under ‘Operation Sanjeevani’ arrested a drug peddler along with cannabis.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Kanachack Police Station apprehended a drug peddler along with 90 grams of cannabis.
The arrested person has been identified as Sohan Lal, son of Rattan Lal, a resident of Shamachack.
A case under FIR Number 145/17 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Kanachack Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Kanachack Inspector Neeraj Choudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Verinder Singh and SP Rural Shivdeep Singh.
