BUDGAM, July 17: On the instructions of District Magistrate, Budgam, Khurshid Ahmed Shah, a special squad consisting of Revenue and Police officials led by Tehsildar Budgam in a swift action today seized offices of 9 land brokers who were found involved in fraudulent malpractices while dealing in land affairs in the district. In a statement issued here today, the District Magistrate said that Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has desired to speed up activities to bring a halt on such exercise. Cautioning masses about the damage caused by these elements, the District Magistrate said that people should remain vigilant from such miscreants and also asked them not to get trapped by nefarious designs of these people.
