JAMMU, Apr 4: Dr Pravin Togadia, national president, Hindustan Nirman Dal (HND) is visiting for two-days tour of Jammu from tomorrow in connection with ensuing Lok Sabha elections.
This was informed by Mahant Rameshwar Dass Tyagi, central observer Hindustan Nirman Dal while briefing media persons here, today.
Mahant Rameshwar Dass said that Sushil Sudan, a HND candidate is contesting Lok Sabha elections from Jammu -Poonch Parliamentary seat.
During his two-day visit to Jammu, Dr Pravin Togadia will interact with prominent people from social as well as political class. Later, he will address a convention at Vijaypur on March 5 in which all office bearers will also be present.
“During the visit Dr Togadia, will discuss strategies for the Lok Sabha elections with a view to secure the rights and interests of people of Jammu region,” he said.
“Hindustan Nirman Dal will make every possible effort to safeguard the rights of people of Jammu region under the leadership of Dr Pravin Togadia,” Mahant Rameshwar Dass said.
Mahant Rameshwar Dass said that the BJP has failed to fulfil the promises made with people of Jammu on which it got the mandate from the Jammu region. Failure of BJP is visible as the people are facing discrimination due to Kashmir centric policies during the previous BJP regime in the State, he added.
Among others who were present in the press conference include Sushil Sudan, HND candidate, Mahavir general secretary organisation, Hem Raj Khajuria, Sham Lal Gupta, Devender Singh Jamwal, Pritam Singh and Sanjay Kumar.
