JAMMU, Oct 11: Principal and Dean, Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, Dr (Prof) Naseeb Chand Digra has been awarded by the Government for management of COVID-19 in the medical college and its associated hospitals.
Dr Digra has been bestowed with the Award-cum-Certificate of Appreciation by Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Atal Dulloo in recognition of the selfless services rendered by him at the time of Corona pandemic.
“Thank you for all that you do! You are the real hero of this Union Territory and we value every single effort to save every life during these challenging times. Your courage and strength are greatly appreciated,” said Atal Dulloo, his appreciation letter awarded to Dr Digra.
