JAMMU, May 26: Member Legislative Council, Ajatshatru Singh, implored upon the public not to get swayed by the negative propaganda of the opposition parties as they were hell bent on spreading lies.
He strongly condemned the opposition for not doing anything for the State when they were in power and now creating unnecessary problems for the present Government.
Singh said this while interacting with general public and BJP workers here at the State party office. He met a large number of party workers and common people from different constituencies and listened to their issues patiently.
He was available in the party office as part of an ongoing program in which senior BJP leaders are available in the party office to address various issues being faced by people in general. It is an open house meeting where anyone can approach the designated party leader.
In today’s session, Ajatshatru Singh discussed various issues with those present on the occasion and assured them that the coalition Government was seriously pursuing projects of public good. Ajatshatru also met a youth delegation from district Kathua who were finding it difficult to get ‘Dogra Certificate’ for recruitment in belt forces. He asked the administration to issue the required certificates without any delay so that the youth are able to get employment in armed forces.
A large number of people from various areas and constituencies gave representations for various developmental projects. Ajatshatru immediately contacted the concerned authorities and directed them to do the needful for early redressal of all the issues.
He also requested the party workers to go into the public and make them aware about the one year performance of the Central Government headed by PM Narendra Modi.
