Srinagar, Apr 18: Deputy Inspector General of police CKR, Afad-ul-Mujtaba today sanctioned scholarship to 45 meritorious students of Police Public School, Bemina, Srinagar for their excellent performance in recent board examinations.
Fifteen students who have secured more than 90 percent marks were given rupees five thousand each and 30 students who have secured 80 percent to 90 percent were given rupees three thousand each. The aim of the scholarship is to support the budding students in crucial times of their career. Rs. 1,65,00 lakh of scholarships were sanctioned in favour these students.
