RAJOURI, June 1: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Soughat Biswas, today visited Government Degree College, Thanna Mandi and inaugurated recently established Language Digital Lab.
Principal of the College, Dr MB Magray, presented the welcome address and highlighted achievements of the college. He also projected some demands.
On the occasion, a cash prize of Rs 5,000 was presented to Altaf Javed Naik and Baseerat Afroz for securing first and eight position in the recently declared BA Final year result.
Among others present were SSP, SDPO, SE PHE, CEO, BDO, TSO, ZEO Thanna Mandi, district officers, citizens, faculty members and students.
Prof Asif Ajaz Lone, conducted the proceedings of the function.
