RAJOURI, Aug 5: District Development Commissioner Rajouri has sought explanation of Tehsildar Kotranka for inauguration of developmental works in absence of concerned Chairperson BDC/Member DDC/PRIs.
Taking cognizance of the report that the said Tehsildar inaugurated some works without the involvements of concerned PRIs, which is a clear cut violation of the instruction issued in this regard, the District Development Commissioner Vikas Kundal has directed the Tehsildar to explain his position for such laxity on his part within two days.
“Before taking any disciplinary action, you are directed to explain your position for such laxity on your part with two days positively,” reads the official communication by DDC Rajouri, further directing the Tehsildar to be careful in future and ensure that all the works are inaugurated in the presence of concerned PRIs.
