JAMMU, Aug 1: In a Public Interest Litigation regarding unauthorized constructions, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Sanjeev Kumar today granted three weeks time to Senior AAG SS Nanda to file the status report with regard to the steps taken by the Municipal Corporation Jammu for demolition of unauthorized constructions after issuance of notices.
Division Bench also granted week’s time so as to enable the AAG to place on record a copy of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Laws (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act, 2017, which came into operation with effect from 08.07.2017.
