JAMMU, Nov 30: In order to ease out the cash related issues and provide another option for payment of toll, Card Swipe Machines have been installed at Toll Post Lakhanpur in collaboration with J&K Bank Limited under the supervision of Excise Commissioner.
It is pertinent to mention that a substantial amount of revenue in the shape of Toll Tax is already being realized at the Toll Post through e-Banking, RTGS and cheque system.
This additional option of payment through card system will further ease out the cash related issues for payment of toll, thereby resulting into expeditious clearance of vehicles.
