Sir,
We strongly express our disgust at the decision of Cabinet Sub Committee headed by the DyCM of J&K State for not creating a Tehsil in Bhella Panchayat. Bhella village is the Central place of entire area of the eight panchayats within a radius of 3 kms to 10 kilometers and which fullfill all the norms of the Govt for creation of new administrative units. It is pertinent to mention here that if village Figsoo as Panchayat Figsoo in Tehsil Thathri can full fill the norms of the Sub Committee and having a distance of 5 km for Tehsil Thathri why not Bhella deserve the same which is 25 km from Tehsil Thathri.
So, we pray that the Chief Minister J&K State Omar Abdullah and Union Health Minister, Govt of India, Gh. Nabi Azad to look into the matter personally and solve the problem of area amicably by creating a tehsil for Bhella Panchayat in the interest of general public of the entire area.
