Sir,
That various advertisements have been advertised by the Chief Education Officers of Jammu Division for the post of RET Teachers under Govt Order No. 635 EDU of 2010 Dated 04-08-2010 read further with Govt Order No. 522 EDU of 2013 Dated 08-05-2013 but after the advertisement they don’t care for the circulars/Govt. orders in which it is mandatory to issue the formal appointment orders within 45 days of the advertisement.
As the RET Selection is transparent and time bound, the Deputy Chief Minister who is also the Minister for School Education J&K State, should provide strict guidelines to the Chief Education Officers and Zonal Education Officers concerned regarding the fast track selection of RET teachers post under the above mentioned Govt. Orders.
It will not only solve the unemployment problem upto some extent but will improve the standard of education in these poor schools of far flung areas of the Districts.
It is therefore requested to the Deputy Chief Minister to please look into the matter and direct the concerned to issue the formal appointment orders of RET teachers before start of the current academic session i.e.(2014-15) and oblige.
