JAMMU, May 13: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Haq Nawz Zargar has rejected the bail application of Ravi Rakwal, who was allegedly involved in rape with 13 years old girl.
According to the police case, on 13.03.2018 complainant Bahadur Lal lodged a written report in Police Station Janipur mentioning that he along with his wife had gone for work and her daughter aged 13 years was alone at home when the accused entered the house of complainant and committed rape with her.
The accused also threatened the prosecutrix that if she dared to disclose the incident to any one he will kill her. On this report, a case FIR No.24/2018 under Section 376 RPC was registered against the accused.
After hearing both the sides, the court ordered, “keeping in view the nature and seriousness of the charge, the bail application is rejected”.
