JAMMU, Dec 3: Judicial Magistrate Jammu, Khem Raj Sharma today rejected the bail application of one Rashpal Chand alias Rashpal Singh, son of Chuni Lal of RS Pura, who was involved in alleged robbery of ATM at Kullian.
After hearing Advocate Rakesh Chargotra for the petitioner whereas PO Yogesh Nagpal for the State, Judicial Magistrate observed, “as per the set of circumstances on record custodial investigation of the accused person cannot be avoided”.
Accordingly, court rejected the bail application.
