JAMMU, Oct 4: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament Lok Sabha from Jammu Poonch Parliamentary Constituency today launched the awareness drive about Farmers Bills in district Samba which was recently passed by Parliament.
Member of Parliament chaired a meeting with senior party workers and Kissan leaders at party office Samba. He activated all the senior leaders to work hard to counter false misleading propaganda of Congress party.
Jugal visited village Kangwala of district Samba and had one to one interaction with farmers. He held “Choupal Pe Charcha” on Farmers Bills. He listened to the views of farmers present on the occasion. Farmers paid gratitude to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi who felt the genuine problem of farmers and framed such Bill in their favour. They said that these bills will directly benefit to growers and they can sell their produce anywhere. They can’t compromise with the quality and perform better to get best in results. They also said that some of the farmers are being misled by some miscreants but they will get realise the reality soon.
Jugal was accompanied by former Minister and BJP general secretary, Dr D K Manyal, district president of the party for Samba, Amar Singh and other senior leaders Attresh Dutta, Mohinder Bikka, Shamsher Singh, Balvinder Singh, Jangbir Singh, Balvinder Singh, Avtar Singh, Anil Bhagat, Inderjeet, Kumar Singh, Davinder Sonu, Nisha Panch, councillor Tara Chand, Som Dutt, Manoj Kumar, Bihari Lal and others.
Jugal Kishore also held a press conference at Party headquarter Samba and said that Farm Bills are only in favour of farmers to fulfil the dream of doubling their income till 2022. He said that these bills have neither reduced any facility of farmers nor interfered with any ownership of land. He said Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is very much worried about farmers and he appealed them that they should not get misguided with any false statements of opposition parties as they are doing politics only for their selfishness.
