NEW DELHI, Aug 8: Cognizant, a provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services today said it has bagged an order from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), a leading utility firm, to develop a comprehensive billing and revenue management solution.
The billing and revenue management solution would be based on SAP Utilities enterprise software to meet the functional, technical, and operational requirements of SEC’s rapid growth, it said in a statement.
However, the financial details were not disclosed.
“We appreciate the opportunity to support the long-term growth plans of SEC’s customer service organisation,” said Stephen Fernandes, Assistant Vice President and Head of Middle East Operations at Cognizant.
