JAMMU, Nov 16: High Court today ordered suspension of Mahmud Anwar Al-Nasir, the then Sub-Judge Pattan and presently Chief Judicial Magistrate Kargil.
According to an order issued by Ashok Kumar Koul, Registrar General of J&K High Court, consequent upon the acceptance of the report of Registrar Vigilance by Full Court vide Resolution dated November 10, 2016, a regular enquiry has been instituted against Mahmud Anwar Al-Nasir, the then Sub-Judge Pattan (presently CJM Kargil).
In the meanwhile, he has been placed under suspension. He shall remain attached with the Registrar Judicial, Srinagar Wing.
