CJ allocates districts, Tribunals to Judges

JAMMU, Dec 2: Chief Justice of Common High Court of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh has allocated administrative districts, tribunals and authorities among the Judges of the High Court.
As per the order, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey has been allocated districts of Srinagar, Budgam, MACT Srinagar, Special Tribunal Srinagar and One Man Forest Authority while as Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur has been allocated the districts of Jammu and Reasi and MACT Jammu and Special Tribunal Jammu.
Justice Tashi Rabstan has been allocated districts of Leh and Kargil, Labour Court and Industrial Tribunal and Sales Tax Appellate Authority while as Justice Sanjeev Kumar the districts of Baramulla and Bandipora and Justice Sindhu Sharma the districts of Kathua and Samba.
Justice Rajnesh Oswal has been allocated the districts of Udhampur and Doda, Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul the districts of Pulwama and Shopian and Justice Sanjay Dhar the districts of Anantnag and Kulgam. Similarly, Justice Puneet Gupta and Justice Javed Iqbal Wani have been allocated the districts of Poonch and Rajouri and Kupwara and Ganderbal respectively.
Justice Mohan Lal and Justice Mohd Akram Choudhary have been allocated the districts of Ramban and Kishtwar respectively.
