REASI, June 28: Kakryal Police arrested a bootlegger along with 16 quarters and 1 bottle of illicit liquor, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Sunny Kumar, son of Ramesh Kumar of Ward Number 11 Mathyal Katra. The scooty in which the man was smuggling the illicit liquor was also seized.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Katra Police Station and investigation started.
