BJP to take all steps to grant citizenship rights to WP refugees: Jugal

JAMMU, June 2: Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency today said that his party will take all steps in granting citizenship rights to West Pakistan refugees.
Jugal, who along with senior leaders of the party visited village Swankha Morh in Vijaypur Assembly constituency attended public meeting organised by West Pakistan refugees there. He complimented people for extending their support and casting their vote in favour of his Party. He said that their faith in Narendra Modi and BJP provided him a chance to win the Lok Sabha elections second time with a huge margin.
The West Pakistan refugee families in large numbers attended the meeting and gave a tumultuous welcome to the MP on his victory for second consecutive time with a huge margin in recently held Lok Sabha elections.
Sharma, while addressing the gathering said that he had done hard work for the betterment of West Pakistan refugees and announced that all the best efforts would be made by him and his party to provide citizenship rights to West Pakistan refugee.
He said that Narendra Modi is the best Prime Minister as many major steps have been taken by him for betterment of West Pakistan refugee during last five years.
Labha Ram Gandhi, president West Pak Refugees Action Committee and Harbajan Singh Pammy, senior leader, BJP greeted member of Parliament on the occasion and complimented him for his victory in 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Sukdev Singh Manhas, vice president WPR Committee, Sardar Jaswant Singh, general secretary, Shakti Singh, Shakti Sharma, Darshal Lal, BJP Mahila Morcha, Santosh Kumari and others were also present at the occasion.
