BJP announces organizational changes

JAMMU, Dec 2: BJP today announced large scale changes in organizational setup and nominated former Jammu Mayor, Chander Mohan Gupta as vice president of the party.
The nominations were made by Party, president JKUT Ravinder Raina who also apppointed new party presidents for various districts after consultation with senior party leaders including national president, JP Nadda, national general secretary (Org) , B L Santosh , national general secretary, Tarun Chug who is inchage of J&K and Ladakh UTs and party co incharge J&K, Ashish Sood.
Ayodhya Gupta was nominated as BJP secretary J&K UT. Former Deputy Mayor, Purnima Sharma was nominated as BJP spokesperson J&K UT while Parmodh Kapahi was nominated as president of Jammu district, Omi Khajuria was nominated as president of Jammu North district and Rekha Mahajan was nominated as president of Jammu South district.
Sunil Shastri was nominated as president of Jammu Border district, Kashmira Singh as president Samba district, Rajeev Sharma as president of Akhnoor district,
Neena Sharma as president of Nowshera district, Dinesh Sharma as president of Rajouri district, Rajesh Kumar as president of Poonch district, Rohit Dubey as president of Reasi district, Gopal Mahajan as president of Kathua district, Darshan Singh Thakkar as president of Pahari Zila (Basohli) district, Arun Gupta as president of Udhampur district, Rajeshwar Kumar as president of Ramban district, Vijay Mohan Thakur as president of Doda district, Chuni Lal Shan as president of Kishtwar district and Chand Ji Bhat as president of Kashmir displaced district.
For Kashmir Valley Nazir Ahmed Ganai was nominated as president of Anantnag district, Zubair Ahmed Ganai as president of Kulgam district, Mohammad Latief Bhat president of Pulwama district, Mohammad Yousuf Bhat as president of Shopian district, Ashok Bhat as president of Srinagar district, Sameer Ahmed Shah as president of Budgam district, Mohammad Amin Shah as president of Ganderbal district, G. as president of Baramulla district, Abdul Rehman Lone as president of Kupwara district and Naseer Ahmed Lone as president of Bandipora district.
