JAMMU, Mar 21: Government has ordered transfer and posting of a Block Development Officer (BDO) as Additional Private Secretary with immediate effect.
According to the order, Syed Farooq Ahmad, BDO Pahloo Kulgam has been transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary with Advisor Baseer Khan to the Lieutenant Governor.
