JAMMU, Aug 21: All India Backward Classes Union (BCU) has alleged complete indiscipline in J&K Congress party as there is no control over the statements of senior leaders.
In a meeting BCU leaders said that some Congress leaders plead for Jammu statehood while others demand restoration of State status to J&K; some favour abrogation of Article 370 while others question the way abrogation was done.
They further said that these Congress leaders are sabotaging the J&K OBCs who have wholeheartedly voted them in Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
“Anti-OBC reservation statements of such Congress leaders who have already sabotaged OBCs in J&K would not be tolerated in future,” BCU leaders further said adding that the Union has decided to teach a lesson to such leaders in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Darshan Mehra, Anchal Singh, Brij Mehra, R. Kumar, Najam ud Din, S.C Verma, S.D Malhotra, M.R Bangotra and others were present in the meeting.
