JAMMU, Mar 19: National secretary general of Social Movement Party (SMP) Advocate Ashok Kumar Basotra today appealed the people belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories to strengthen his party base to establish rule of law in the country.
Addressing a press conference, Basotra expressed that RSS, its allied wings and political front BJP are hell bent to crush the ‘Mulnivasi Bahujans’ completely as no decision had been taken by the previous PDP-BJP dispensation with respect to implementation of 27% reservation for OBCs as well as giving retrospective effect to the posts to be occupied by the SCs & STs in J&K State by virtue of reservation in promotion.
“Since the formation of BJP Government in Centre and PDP-BJP coalition Government in J&K, not even 1% of the total population of ‘Mulnivasi Bahujans’ in J&K could secure employment/jobs because of the hidden agenda & policies of PDP-BJP of crush and rule,” Basotra stated and added “the only thing PDP-BJP did during this tenure is that these parties divided the ‘Mulnivasi Bahujans’ on religious and caste lines.
