JAMMU, Jan 28: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Deepak Sethi has rejected the bail pleas of three alleged accused in job scam.
After hearing APP Rohit Gupta for the prosecution, the court observed, “acts of the accused are against the general society at large and if the bail is granted at this stage it will be encouragement to them as the perusal of the case dairy shows that all the three accused are hand in gloves with each other”.
“Without speaking on the merits of the case and going to merits that is whether any offence is made out against the particular accused or not which it is the sole prerogative of the trial court as such bail applications of all the three accused namely Raj Kumar, Vikas and Kaliash are rejected”, the court said.
