JAMMU, Jan 20: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu, S C Katal today rejected the bail application of Parveen Kumar, who was arrested by the police in rape case.
After hearing both the sides, CJM observed, “in the light of fact and circumstances of this case, applicant may temper the evidence or pressurize the prosecutrix”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
