ASKPC condemns attitude of admn towards KPs

JAMMU, Nov 5: All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) in its meeting here, today held under the leadership of its president R K Pandita condemned the attitude of administration towards the camp dwellers in Srinagar and other parts of State.
As per a release, the meeting said the KP employees residing in various camps in Valley have been deprived of basic amenities of life like LPG gas supply, ration, K Oil, etc.
The members also deplored the Government for not supplying free ration to the KPs who were hit by flash floods in Valley. The meeting also demanded issuance of certificates for migrants hailing from backward areas, he added.
T K Koul Jigyasu vice president ASKPC demanded grant of one time compensation for KP youth who have become over aged while Subash Chatta demanded bifurcation of ration cards. Others, who spoke on the occasion included Bharat Bushan Gosani, S K Bhat, A K Dhar, Ravinder Raina.
