JAMMU, Feb 28: In order to gear up party activities in Kashmir Valley, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today nominated Ashok Bhagat as coordinator for Kashmir Province.
The nomination was done by party’s State president, Tulsi Dass Langeh, in a party meeting held here today.
Addressing the meeting, Langeh advised the leadership of the State, District and Block level to educate the masses about misdeeds of NC-Congress Coalition Government in the State and give befitting reply by defeating their candidates in the forthcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
He also criticized the negative attitude of the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for not revoking the latest anti-SC/ST/OBC Catch-up reservation rule, which he (Langeh) said, is against the interest of reserved category.
The meeting at last resolved to intensify the movement against the State Government for its anti-reserved category mindset.
