Srinagar, Dec 21: Army along with civil administration in their ongoing endeavour to reach out to the people especially in the remote areas conducted a medical camp at Serkuli village in Machil area of Kupwara district.
A defence spokesman said a team of doctors from Sub Division Hospital, Karalpura and Army provided free consultation and medication to over 500 beneficiaries. The local authorities and village elders welcomed this joint initiative which they acknowledged would bring much needed relief to the people especially as this year is appreciated to see very harsh winters, the spokesman said.
